Abbeyuuvn Platform and Programme Terms

Effective 1 January 2024. Please review these terms carefully before participating in Abbeyuuvn learning experiences or using our resources.

1. Agreement Overview

These Terms of Use govern the access and participation in Abbeyuuvn courses, resources, and services. By enrolling or accessing materials, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old. Organisations enrolling teams confirm that nominated participants meet professional prerequisites outlined in programme documentation.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials provided by Abbeyuuvn and for all activities under your account.

4. Programme Access

Programme materials are provided for the duration specified in your enrolment confirmation. Access may include live sessions, on-demand resources, and community forums.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including frameworks, recordings, and templates, remains the intellectual property of Abbeyuuvn. Redistribution or resale is prohibited without written consent.

6. Participant Conduct

Abbeyuuvn fosters inclusive, respectful communities. Harassment, discrimination, or unauthorised sharing of personal data will result in immediate removal without refund.

7. Confidentiality

Participants may encounter proprietary information from Abbeyuuvn or other participants. You agree to treat such information as confidential.

8. Payment Terms

Unless an alternative agreement exists, fees are due prior to programme start. Late payments may result in access suspension.

9. Cancellation & Transfers

You may request cohort transfers up to 14 days before the start date. Cancellations are handled according to the policy provided during enrolment.

10. Technology Requirements

Participants are responsible for meeting technical requirements necessary for live or virtual participation. Abbeyuuvn is not liable for access issues resulting from inadequate technology.

11. Third-Party Services

We may link to third-party tools or platforms for assignments. Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

Abbeyuuvn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from programme participation or resource use.

13. Modifications

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
